RM belongs to Rodi Mendes and his partner, Nícollas Rodrigues. Rodi has been fixing cars for over 40 years, and the shop has been open for 10. It's a small shop, run by the two of them.

In Massachusetts, you choose the repair shop
Your insurance company can suggest a shop. It cannot make you use one.
What the law says
No insurance company can force you to use a specific repair shop. They can suggest one. The choice is yours, and you can bring your car to RM.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. In Massachusetts, no insurer can require you to have repairs made at a specific shop (211 CMR 123.06(1)). You can bring your car to RM.
How do estimates work?
Estimates are free and done in person at the shop. Seeing the car ourselves lets us give you an accurate price.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies, and we handle the claim with you.
Can I get a rental car?
Usually, yes. We can arrange one while your car is being repaired, depending on availability. Ask when you bring the car in.
Do you speak Portuguese and Spanish?
